The visit execution playbook header: which task cards a visit shows and which mobile options it exposes (showAcceptRejectOption, showVisitStartEndOption, showGetDirectionOption, showRescheduleOption, showProgressPanel - copied onto visits built with the template). Its child VisitTaskTemplateEntry rows become VisitTask rows on every visit that references the template via visitTaskTemplateId; routes, route stops and plans all carry a template pointer that flows down to generated visits.
