Choose the guide that matches your task
Start with the product area and task type: everyday use, administration, customization, troubleshooting or development. The guides below follow that progression. When a page includes a guided image, its numbered markers explain controls that are specific to that subject; when exact clicks or fields matter, the page links to a procedure that states prerequisites, expected results and recovery steps.
The Knowledge Center is the documentation home for the xMatix platform: how to use it, how to run it for your organization, how each module works, and how to build on it. Everything below is organized so you can start from your role or jump straight to a module.

Common questions
Where should I start if I'm brand new?
Start with Getting started with xMatix — it takes you from the invitation email to working comfortably in the product — and then open the role guide that matches your job, which links the pages worth reading in order. If you administer xMatix for your organization, continue into the administration guide after that.
How is this documentation organized?
By audience first, then by product. Getting started and the role guides serve everyday users; the administration and customization sections serve the people configuring the platform; each product has its own manual with how-tos, reference pages and troubleshooting; and the developer section covers the programmable surface. Every page states when it was last reviewed.
