Passing a group to a statement expands it to its member business units and filters the same posted balances, which makes consolidation here a reporting scope rather than a second set of books. The consolidation report renders a column per member plus a consolidated column, and derives an eliminations column as the consolidated figure minus the sum of the members, surfacing inter-unit clearing that nets to zero across a complete group.
