One task definition inside a VisitTaskTemplate (visitTaskTemplateId): name, taskType, sequence, duration and hidden flag. When a visit is generated with the template, each entry becomes a VisitTask (visitTaskTemplateEntryId links back) and the entry's child VisitTaskTemplateActivity definitions become the task's runtime activities.
