This page lists the third-party service providers ("subprocessors") that xMatix Private Limited engages to deliver the xMatix platform, the categories of processing they perform, and where that processing takes place. It is referenced by the Data Processing Addendum. Customers with an active agreement are notified of changes to this list in line with the DPA before a new subprocessor processes their data.
1. Cloud infrastructure
Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft Azure) — cloud hosting for the entire production platform: application services, relational databases, document store, file storage, caches, service bus, and operational telemetry. Processing location: data-centre regions in India, with backup storage replicated to a second Indian region. Microsoft also provides transactional email delivery (invitations, notifications) through its cloud communication services.
2. AI model providers
Anthropic PBC — large-language-model inference for the Sense AI suite, engaged only when Sense AI is licensed and enabled for a tenant. Prompt content and the records retrieved to answer it are processed through Anthropic's enterprise API, which may process outside India; its terms do not permit training on submitted content. Tenants control which models are available through AI Studio, and tenants that do not license Sense send nothing to any model provider.
3. What is not on this list
Analytics on the xmatix.com marketing website (described in the Privacy Policy) applies to website visitors, not to platform tenant data, and is therefore not a subprocessor of customer data. xMatix does not sell customer data and does not share it with advertising networks.
